    First, we’re locally owned and operated, not a big corporate chain. That means your membership dues don’t disappear into some headquarters somewhere… they go right back into the gym for new equipment, upgrades, improvements, and keeping the place running the way our members want it.

    We’re also big on community involvement.
    You’ll see us supporting local events, sponsoring youth sports, hosting free seminars, and doing what we can to make this gym part of the community — not just a building full of treadmills.

    …and as clean as an Apple Store on grand opening day.

    • Infrared sauna for recovery, relaxation, or pretending you love cardio

    • One free session with a personal trainer to help you figure out what you’re doing (and what not to do)

    • Free nutrition consultation with a certified nutrition specialist

    • Free health & fitness seminars throughout the year

    • Free CPR & AED certification classes open to members and the community

    • Unlimited weight plates — seriously, use as many as you can handle

    • The drinking fountain (hydration is elite performance)

    • Daily smiles and light sarcasm from the front desk staff

    • And most importantly… a community of people all trying to better themselves, just like you

  • Absolutely not! We know not everyone loves commitment… (like my ex).

    We offer three membership options so you can pick what fits your life (and your attention span):

    • Paid in Full – Pay once, no recurring dues, no surprises, nothing to cancel.

    • Month-to-Month – Auto-draft, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No drama.

    • 12-Month Agreement – Our lowest monthly rate. After the first year, it rolls into month-to-month automatically, and the best part… you keep your same low rate.

    So whether you like long-term plans or just want to take things one month at a time, we’ve got you covered.

  • Yes! Life happens. Vacations, injuries, busy seasons, loss of motivation, sudden dislike of leg day… we get it.

    All Month-to-Month and 12-Month memberships can be frozen anytime, for up to 6 months per year.
    Just fill out the form under the “Pause My Membership” tab on our website and we’ll take care of the rest.

    5 days’ notice is required so we can catch your payment before it is drafted.
    And the best part…

    There is NO fee to freeze your membership.
    (Yes, really. No tricks.)

    Paid-in-Full memberships:

    • Only the 12-month paid-in-full option is eligible to freeze

    • Short-term paid-in-full memberships are not freezeable

    If you’re not sure what type of membership you have, just ask the front desk.

  • Absolutely not. That’s like saying you need to be flexible before starting yoga.
    Most of our members join because they’re NOT in shape yet. Our job is to meet you where you are, not where Instagram says you should be.

    We’re located directly behind Attwood Auto Sales, across Yelm Ave from Steele Barrel BBQ. (all near Yelm High School for reference).
    No big corporate gym here — just real people helping real people get stronger.

    You can also message us on social media, and we do our best to respond there as quickly as we can. Keep in mind we’re a real local, family-run gym — not a call center — so responses come from an actual human during staffed hours between coaching sessions, cleaning, fixing equipment, or helping members.

    No matter how you reach out, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! 

  • We like to think of ourselves as the gym that never sleeps… but our staff definitely should. Members 18+ have 24-hour access, so you can work out whenever it fits your schedule — early birds, night owls, and everyone in between.

    Staffed Hours:

    • Monday – Thursday: 9 AM – 7 PM

    • Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

    • Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM

    • Sunday: No staff (we believe in rest days too!)

    Our team works hard, and we make sure they still get time for their families, workouts, and personal lives — because a healthy team makes a better gym for everyone. If you need an appointment outside of staffed hours, just let us know. We’re happy to accommodate as needed.

  • Nope. In fact, most of our members are regular people with jobs, kids, sore backs, busy schedules, and a love/hate relationship with squats.
    We specialize in real-life, community fitness.

  • We offer both!
    You can’t out-train bad nutrition (we’ve tried). That’s why we offer free nutrition consultations with a certified nutrition specialist to help you build a plan that actually fits your life.

  • What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

    Totally fine. A huge part of what we do is modifying workouts so they work for your body.
    Bad knees, bad back, bad shoulder, bad day — we’ve seen it all.
