BECOMING A MEMBER

JOIN OUR AWARD-WINNING FITNESS CENTER: Compare and save; we offer flexible options including month to month, discounted 12-month contracts, and paid-in-full options. All memberships include 24-hour access to the facility as well as access to the infrared sauna, and a free session with a personal trainer. Barcodes for access are free and accessible through our Get Fit Yelm app. We also price match other local fitness centers in our area.

CHILD CARE

Let the kids play hard while you work hard for up to two hours per day, knowing that they are safe and having fun. Our child care facility is staffed with qualified, friendly, CPR certified attendants. Children ages 1 and up* are welcome.

Monday - Thursday 9 AM to 11:30 AM + 4 PM to 6 PM
Friday 9 AM to 11:30 AM
Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM

INFRARED SAUNA

Relieve pain, detox, lose weight, improve circulation, purify your skin, and relax in our Far Infrared Sauna. Infrared is superior to a traditional sauna in that it uses light-waves to heat your body five times deeper than traditional heat, improving it's therapeutic and healing abilities, and more efficiently detoxing the body. The sauna is available to our members 24 hours per day.

Our personal training programs are built around you—whether your goal is weight loss, competitive bodybuilding, career fitness testing, longevity, or simply learning to use the gym confidently on your own. SMALL GROUPS AND SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Experience the energy of working out with others while achieving your personal fitness goals. Our small group and semi-private sessions make training more affordable, fun, and social—perfect for meeting new people and building a supportive community.
