Let the kids play hard while you work hard for up to two hours per day, knowing that they are safe and having fun. Our child care facility is staffed with qualified, friendly, CPR certified attendants. Children ages 1 and up are welcome.

INFRARED SAUNA

Relieve pain, detox, lose weight, improve circulation, purify your skin, and relax in our Far Infrared Sauna. Infrared is superior to a traditional sauna in that it uses light-waves to heat your body five times deeper than traditional heat, improving it's therapeutic and healing abilities, and more efficiently detoxing the body. The sauna is available to our members 24 hours per day.
