Born and raised in Northern Virginia; Alex was a life long athlete ending his career as a D1 rugby player for WVU. Alex became a trainer in the DC area shortly after college and fell in love with coaching others and giving them the tools to improve their quality of life while reaching their goals and milestones. Working with everyone from stroke survivors to former professional athletes and everyone in between, Alex loves building and serving the community around him.

I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach passionate about helping people build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Having lived in Washington for most of my life, I feel deeply connected to my local community and the people in it. I believe true wellness goes beyond exercise—it includes sleep, stress management, and balanced nutrition. Living with an autoimmune condition has shaped my approach and shown me how powerful movement and nutrition can be. My goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and confident in a way that fits your life—no extremes required.

Andrea is a Washington native and a proud military spouse who has spent the past 14 years moving around the country with her family. Along the way, she discovered Yoga during her own journey of healing and self-discovery. What began as a personal practice to find balance and grounding during life’s transitions eventually grew into a passion for sharing yoga with others.
Andrea’s teaching style focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and creating a welcoming space where students can slow down, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies. Her classes are supportive and accessible, encouraging students of all levels to move with awareness, reduce stress, and leave feeling more centered.
