CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
BIO I’m Lyllian, born in Mount Vernon, Washington, and now proud to call Tenino home. I grew up as a competitive dancer, gymnast, and varsity cheerleader, which built my foundation for strength, discipline, and teamwork. I fell in love with coaching while teaching gymnastics and now focus on helping others grow through strength training and mobility work. My approach is honest, understanding, and personal—I love connecting one-on-one and adjusting my methods to fit each client’s unique needs. My goal is for every client to walk away with confidence and feel comfortable taking up space in the gym. Outside of training, I’m usually at home enjoying my own company or making memories with friends and family. And if we’re chatting between sets, don’t be surprised if we end up talking about everything—I love connecting and getting to know people!

ANDREA SMITH
CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR
BIO
Andrea is a Washington native and a proud military spouse who has spent the past 14 years moving around the country with her family. Along the way, she discovered Yoga during her own journey of healing and self-discovery. What began as a personal practice to find balance and grounding during life’s transitions eventually grew into a passion for sharing yoga with others.
Andrea’s teaching style focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and creating a welcoming space where students can slow down, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies. Her classes are supportive and accessible, encouraging students of all levels to move with awareness, reduce stress, and leave feeling more centered.
