Hi there, I’m Kryste, an Army Medic veteran. Washington is my second home. My first duty station was Fort Lewis back in 2001, where I discovered if you wait for the rain to stop you’ll never leave the house.  I spent 15 years here before leaving in 2016. Now, I’m back for another round of great Pacific Northwest weather.

During my time here, I discovered my passion for whole health, wellness, and functional nutrition. I became an esthetician and massage therapist, and I love helping people feel better in their bodies and providing them with the tools they need to achieve their goals. Small Group training keeps me accountable and humble while serving others. I take pride in my training, humility in my service, loyalty to my clients, and dedication to my team.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Hip Hop Aerobics Step Instructor, and someone pursuing a Functional Nutrition Counselor Certification, I keep myself active and engaged. I can’t wait to stretch with you! When my “flower power” runs low, you can find me basking in the sun and spending quality time with my family.

Hi! I’m Suzy. I’m a veteran with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I used to compete in powerlifting (2018–2019) and have trained and worked in gyms and rehab settings around the country. I also spent about five years working alongside physical therapists, helping people recover from injuries and rebuild strength safely. Supporting people as they get stronger and more confident in their bodies is something I truly love doing. I can’t wait to jump into the Small Group Training world and be apart of your weekly workout routine.

Hi, I’m Julie—better known as “Jewels.” I’ve proudly called Yelm home for the past nine years. I’m a wife to my husband, Trevon, an Air Force Combat Medic, and a busy mom of four (plus one very attention-loving German Shepherd).

I’m passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and love building a supportive, motivating community. I’m super excited to bring rebounding classes to Get Fit Yelm. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me cheering on my kids at their many sports or enjoying all things Snoopy.

My name's Denise and I am a certified Yoga teacher! Born and raised in the Netherlands, but moved to Washington in 2021 to marry my high school sweetheart, with whom I now have two beautiful daughters. I grew up playing basketball, soccer, and whatever else I could get my hands on.

It was only in my twenties that I discovered yoga, and it immediately stuck. Marrying movement to breath and really paying attention to what my body needs in the moment has been a life-changing experience. I am motivated to pass on this beautiful gift: I think everyone can use some yoga in their life!
