Our 6-week Youth Summer Camp, open to members and non-members, is designed for kids and teens who want to stay active, have fun, and learn proper fitness fundamentals in a supportive environment. Participants will train 3 times per week through age-appropriate workouts focused on strength, coordination, athletic development, and mobility led by Certified Personal Trainer, Mason.
This program is about much more than exercise. Kids will learn the value of consistency, goal setting, confidence, and taking care of their bodies while making new friends and having fun.
What to Expect:
